Abstract

|
The spermatic granuloma is a granulomatous inflammation which is the tissue reaction due to extravasated sperm. Its exact causes and mechanism are not clearly evaluated. Its clinical interest is that it often confused with tuberculous epididymitis and other epididymal conditions.
We experienced a case of spermatic granuloma that was clinically confused with tuberculous epididymitis in 23-year old Korean male.
